7.00 Ballast Point Bonito

This brew draws you in with its golden color and soft malt character, while the light mouthfeel and dry finish keeps you coming back. An approachable beer, with some substance. Our Bonito blonde ale is inspired by our perma-sunny days. And what would set a San Diego blonde apart? A subtle hint of hops, naturally.

7.00 Brooklyn Summer Ale

Brooklyn Summer Ale is a modern rendition of the “Light Dinner Ales” brewed in England throughout the 1800’s right up until the 1940’s. They were also called “luncheon ales” or even “family ales”, because they were refreshing and flavorful without being too heavy. We brew our Brooklyn Summer Ale from premium English barley malt, which gives this light-bodied golden beer a fresh bready flavor. German and American hops lend a light, crisp bitterness and a citrus/floral aroma resulting in a beer with a very sunny disposition. FOOD PAIRING Excellent with salads, seafood, quiches, and lightly spicy dishes.

7.00 Downeast Cider Original Blend

Original Blend is the Auerbach to our Celtics, the Satisfaction to our Stones, the Agent K to our Men In Black, our foundation. From its humble beginnings in the basement of a Bates College dormitory, Original Blend is the result of hundreds of test batches aimed at crafting the best damn hard cider you’ve ever tasted. Original Blend is made from freshly pressed local apples because we not only believe in high quality cider, we believe in America. We use a secret blend of Red Delicious, McIntosh, Cortland, and Gala apples, and NEVER add concentrate, artificial flavors or sweeteners. Original Blend is the way cider should be.

7.00 DuClaw Morgazm

Morgazm is a refreshing, citrusy twist on one of our most popular brews of all time. The medium body, mild hop character, light fruity taste, and smooth drinkability of Bare Ass Blonde Ale is infused with grapefruit zest and dry hopped with Citra hops to add notes of lemon, grapefruit, and an overall tart character to the beer. The result is a highly drinkable, highly refreshing Blonde Ale with big citrus flavors and aromas that will leave your palate in ecstacy… but wanting more.

7.00 Newburgh Brown Ale

Our version of a London Style Brown Ale. In the south of England, they prefer their brown ale maltier and lower in alcohol. Here in Newburgh, we tend to agree. Verging on black, this beer pours with a light tan head and beautiful ruby highlights in the glass. The flavor is dominated by malty sweetness and gentle hints of chocolate and toffee. A nice and sessionable 4.2% alcohol content and medium to light body begs for an evening by the fire at your local pub.

7.00 Rushing Duck Beanhead Coffee Porter

Beanhead takes the base beer of a robust porter and pairs is with a fantastic coffee flavor that comes from a Guatemalan bean roasted by Java Love Coffee Roasting Co. in Kauneonga Lake, NY. Beanhead is completely black in color with an impressive tan head. It has a taste of intense coffee with overtones of bittersweet cocoa and caramel malt balanced with a slight earthy bitterness. While it may look filling, Beanhead is actually medium bodied and lacks the cloying sweetness that makes so many other stouts and porters seem so “heavy.”

7.00 Sly Fox 360 IPA

8.00 Stone RuinTen IPA

We first released this decidedly indelicate beer in 2012 as Stone Ruination Tenth Anniversary IPA to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our belovedly bitter Stone Ruination IPA. Stone RuinTen Triple IPA uses the same recklessly hoppy recipe as the 2012 release; only the name has been changed to include “Triple,” which helps describe the over-the-top hop profile and elevated alcohol by volume. We packed a whopping five pounds of hops into each barrel, and cranked up the ABV to stand up to the hop onslaught. The results are glorious, and we know you’ll rejoice in tasting this audacious gem of hoppy splendor. You’re welcome. Again.
